Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment is expected within 24 hours of sending email invoice. We use PayPal to bill/refund online. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Cash payments must be paid within 24 hours of booking. Failure to pay on time can lead to trip/class cancellation. Personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of meet time. Holiday weekends require 72 hours notice for cancellations. Holidays make for great diving. If we accepted your reservation, we probably turned someone else away. Classes have a $30 non-refundable fee that will be credited to your account when you reschedule and attend.

Equus Scuba will refund weather cancellations within 24 hours of decision. Classes will be rescheduled / relocated.
